How to Remove Various Carpet Stains?

FOOD

The best and easiest method to eliminate marks of your dinner is using shaving cream. Apply it on the stain, leave for 15 minutes and rinse it with a mixture of vinegar and water. Please remember that RUBBING A STAIN IS FORBIDDEN! Rubbing will just break the fiber and spread the stain.

WAX

We suggest you use hot iron for removing wax. Set an iron on a low or medium level and iron the stain through a clean and blank paper towel for two seconds.

BLOOD

Carpet cleaning in Seattle is pretty sure that water will make blood stains come off. But remember it should be cold water, not hot. Some experiments have also shown that club soda cleans blood stains as well.

COFFEE

The spills of this delicious drink are afraid of white vinegar. Put a hot, wet cloth on a stain, dab with vinegar, rinse the cloth and repeat the procedure.

NAIL POLISH

Take a white cotton cloth and apply some non-acetate nail polish remover. Dab the stain from the edges to the center. Leave the liquid for a carpet to absorb for a few minutes, then blot it. Repeat the procedures if needed.

PET URINE

We found a “fresh” way to cope with this problem. Apply a little toothpaste on your old toothbrush, sprinkle some warm water on it and blot it very gently.
